So my new diet has been going pretty well. Ive been having a cup of coffee with either almond milk or sugar free creamer in the morning and either a protien bar or raisin bran with almond milk for breakfast, a green smoothy, salad, or a wrap for lunch, and chicken a veggie or a salad for dinner. Ive been eating yogurt with fruit or a protien bar in place of the sweets and if i crave chips or something salty i eat nuts or a few pretzels. Ive been doing smaller portions as well. Im drinking water all day and have one of those infuser water bottles that has drink times on it. i love it so it makes it easier. I havent weighed myself. Im not going to for a while because i dont want to be dissapointed with the number it shows. But i can say my clothes are fitting differently. Things arent as tight as what they used to be. And i feel better overall. I have more energy. I dont feel as sluggish. I did cheat for the kids birthdays but i had a tiny piece of cake and half a slice of pizza. And i think thats okay in moderation on Special occasions. Im proud of myself. Im actually sticking to it and its not as difficult as i had expected. Ive never been able to stick to a diet but i dont feel like im dieting. Just making healthier choices.

im trying! Im just glad im feeling a difference already. I thought I was going to really struggle with it but so far ive actually been enjoying it.

That is absolutely wonderful! Stay off the scale and listen to your clothes and keep it up. <3

Im proud of myself. I cant wait to feel comfortable in my own skin again. I dont even own a working scale and I Dont plan on buying one for at least another couple months. I would rather keep doing what im doing and make it a life style rather than a weight loss goal. Of course im aiming to lose weight but I want to keep it off and keeping eating and living healthy even when I get to where i want to be.
