Who is keeping their child off of nursery? My little one is still going nursery but I am very unsure whether to continue taking him because of the current situation. Anyone going through similar feelings? Xx

Chelsea's still going 3 days a week. Normally one of the first things she says when she wakes up is "I going to nursery today" and runs around in excitement so it will break my heart if I have to take her out. I'm just monitoring the situation day by day and hoping I won't have to xx

My two little ones are still going to nursery. They love it there and when I kept them off for a week it drove them crazy being stuck at home!
Also I need the time so we can all focus on home schooling the older kids and by the time they're back from nursery, the older ones have finally finished!

Reuben was suppose to start Jan 7th but we decided to keep him off. His teacher is texting daily with what they’ve been doing in school and suggests different activities we could do with Reuben which we have been. Like sensory, painting, play dough and other ideas. We do learning activities daily so he won’t fall behind when he goes in. It’s upto you at the end of the day hun and u do what u thinks best for him🙂. X

Noah is going, he needs it, routine, social interaction and play. Gets him out the house for a few hours (he gets bored easy) I’m obviously anxious but we don’t go anywhere else apart from shopping once a week while Noah is at nursery. Only normality we have atm. But, it’s your choice and it’s upto you what you chose to do with your baby 😘

I have 2 late talkers n since September when my eldest started the change is massive I couldn't thank them enough so I've been letting him go, my youngest has just stopped his settling in! There nursery also only has 18children and out of that most have kept them off so these literally a few there n most of them are siblings so even more less risk and also been no cases n nobody can enter the building you have to pack a bag n leave it there so things aren't coming in and out of the building xx

My boy is still in. He needs it though, he’s receiving extra support there and no good for him being stuck in the house. Only bit of normality left for them and thankfully no cases in his group so far x

Maeve was meant to start beginning on the term and they offered me a place after lockdown. I’ve kept her at home as they have enough to deal with and she’s fine at home with me x

Ive kept mine off since xmas but they said they want him back theyve had zero cases since the beginning, so I felt better knowing the staff supported it plus I'm still working half the week and I get to have weekly tests now so he went back recently

My daughter still goes to nursery 3 days a week and I don’t plan on taking her out unless I have to! She enjoys it and I think it’s good for her to be able to get out and play for a few hours xx
