This evil abusive man ! I erased my facebook and messenger now because a few days ago I took baby to the doctor. She was climbing a cabinet and it almost fell on her but her sister cought it and I ran and assisted and e erything was ok the doctor said she is good nothing fell on her. I told someone on my Facebook messenger who doesnt know him. Today I get an email from my abuser saying he had a dream a big furniture fell on baby and I know he said it just like in the messege from my facebook. So i erased my facebook.God help me I cant fight this battle this abuser is scaring me and is so hard.

Can you file a restraining order? Since he’s abusive? And block his number. I’m sorry this is happening, if there’s any way for him to know your passwords, change them.

I filed a restraining order i didnt have enough proof to keep it and I did block him and changed snd logged out of my facebook messenger from all devices and also changed passwords i dont know how he does his evil schemes i always feel powerless against him

Im scared im alone and im in a shelter with my babies ontop of that my lawyer who was appointed to me by the court that he is trying to get visitation and custody didnt reach out until now and wants to vitual call meet the same day of court hrs before the case is scheduled

usually court appointed attorneys have a lot of cases and can’t meet with everyone on an individual basis all the time. If the court appointed you an attorney it’s because they think you need one so let them advocate for you, they’re on your side.

if it’s your first court date it’ll likely be continued. Unless you can afford an attorney on your own, you’ll have to talk with them and make a case. Is this for family court or criminal court?

It’ll definitely be continued so they can gather more information from you, unfortunately that’s the court system with appointed attorneys, they will help you though. I’ve been going to court for fucking years now with my sons dad, he never shows up and they just ask for another date, it’s exhausting and costs me $250 for my lawyer to appear every single time. I have full custody at this point, because he never showed up.

I was served by email and had to appear he been trying to get me in court since september the judge told me so she approved an email summon. Im in a confidential shelter and the reason is him so he dont got my address to serve me

GOOD!!! How the fuck are you in a women’s shelter for domestic violence and the restraining order wasn’t granted???? I seriously hate our court systems so much. I private messaged you if you want to talk there. I’ve been through it since my son was about 10 months old and he will be 4 next month. I didn’t have to have a court appointed lawyer or anything but I can help with the process. I know that he hurt you but anything you can gather to show he is a shit dad is what the judge is interested in. They unfortunately don’t care about violence unless it was in front of minors and can be proven.

I had the same things happening to me that’s why I deleted all of my social media’s and changed my number and LITERALLY deleted everyone from my life except for my close family. I didn’t know who to trust anymore. I didn’t give anyone a warning. Just did it. I kept my email though, because I wanted my abuser to be able to still reach me so I was able to build a case against him. With the emails, it shows he is very mentally unstable. I never ever replied tho. And that made him go crazier.

I had my Facebook deleted for 4 years. It doesn’t really erase anything, I was able to log back in like nothing happened 4 years later. And that’s unfortunate. Mines really mentally unstable he talks himself in circles that doesn’t make any sense. Just keep doing what you’re doing!

That is terrible. I am sorry you are going through this. Either that person on fb told him or he was able to hack into your messages and read them. It was too much of a coincidence for him to say he had a “dream” about what happened to your daughter.
