Urologist confirmed today that both boys need surgery. So happy I got multiple second opinions on Jordan and found out what I thought to be true and he has a hernia . Joseph has an extremely bent penis and severe hypospadius 😣 anyone else deal with these ? Super nervous for my boys to go under anesthesia especially at such young ages .

My daughter had surgery to correct her hip dysplasia when she was 7 months old.
I was terrified and was a wreck the entire time she was in surgery but she did just fine with the anesthesia.

that’s my biggest fear . I know if I’m not aloud there for the anesthesia process then my oldest will freak. Like FREAK. My youngest is a happy boy I dont think he’ll care much but once my oldest sees all that equipment he won’t be having it . I think he’ll go with the doctors till they try to put him to sleep

I would talk to your surgeon and see what they say. Different hospitals have different protocols, they might make an exception for your oldest since he's not an infant.
