So my set was the Makartt Polygel French Manicure mostly clearish pinks and clear and white. This is my first set ever, without a nail drill, so if I had one these would be 100% awesome. You really need it for the cuticle and underside, but I'm super happy. Kind of freehanded the style. Not trying the traditional french...

Did your kit come with dual forms? You can file the top of the nail down so you don’t have the texture, just wipe it down and apply top coat and cure after. I want to get a drill too I spend most of my time hand filing lol.
Is the white tips supposed to run like that 🤨 ... Did you apply the acrylic or are these press on type? Is gel on top? I have so many questions lol
These are polygel so I just patted different colors into the forms abstractly. It didn't run. Theyre all different because I was just playing around. My thumb is where I tried curing clear and the curing a different color on top so it has some texture.

So far they feel great. I was really surprised. I already have the drill in my Amazon cart, lol. I was just impatient from watching all the videos. I wanted to try marbleish looking stuff soon, hence the white being dragged around on some.... I think they're super cute though and cost maybe $2. If you did a nail drill I doubt you'd have lifting issues

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
