Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
It could be caused by not enough lubricant (creating sort of like rug burn)! It’s happened to me before but I just kept an eye on it! If you bleed often I would contact your doctor, but if it’s just a small amount once in awhile I wouldn’t worry too much
