Hi girlys sorry havent spoken on here in ages hope everyone is doing ok i havent been sleeping well lately been so stressed with homeschooling and my two older boys have been suffering with bad nights just been such a worrying stressful time sorry to moan 😔

My older boy has bad nights too. I have been sleeping for 4-5 hours for the last week, it’s not too bad, I had worse time when I only had one child. I hope it gets better for you and you will sleep more xx
