Had appointment this morning for strep swab and checked for dilation. Im 2 cm dilated !! My doctor thinks ill go into labor at some point next week ! He thinks ill have a 37 weeker! We shall see !! Interesting because Tims birthday is next week on the 20th, and my little princesses 2nd birthday was today !! Were gonna celebrate it this weekend though, due to work! My doctor also thinks ill have a fast labor. I have lost weight again, im down to 137 pounds. Also, tummy check says im measuring 35, so my doctor is happy about that and so am i !! Atleast hes caught up alot ! His heartrate was 127 today. Here are pictures from my ultrasound. Does it look like ive dropped ?? Because it sure as hell feels like it !!

Yes, looks like you've dropped. Oh wow! 2cm!! I'm 1cm and 50% thinned out😭 I'm so scared I'll have her early.

@lifewithlynnieandwill88 I dont think babygirl is going to let you carry her to 40 weeks... not this one !! She is going to come before then!! Lol I can feel it ! I think you will have her around 38 1/2 maybe 39 weeks if you're lucky !

When does the doctor normally start checking you to see if you have started dilating?
i think i have postpartum depression and im wondering if i have to call the doctor i was seeing while i was pregnant or find a different one ? i already had my 6 week check up 2 weeks ago so im just wo derig what to do !
does anyone else have a doctor that doesnt check your cervix ever? she said she wouldn't check me until my due date because whether im dilated or not it doesnt mean anything about when ill go into labor. but it seems like everyone else gets checked a lot..
I have an appt to check my baby's growth and check my cervix today. I'm at risk for preterm labor and was wondering when they check my cervix through ultrasound if they can see if I'm dilated or anything like that?
Finally 38 weeks today.
I'm not dilating or effacing at all, and doctor gave me the okay to try to induce labor at home . Any momma's have any tips and home remedies to starting labor ? Also any stories on if it worked or not . Please and thank you (:
