Ladies are this accurate? I have an IUD for almost 4 years and never miss my period. Last week I spotted for 2 days only and now im late 7 days.

@mujerstillregal I did that too. One with a faint positive and two straight negative
@mompreneur, girl years ago, one of my neighbor had the IUD and she was pregnant. She went to the doctor and she was already like 5 months 😳😳 So we were pregnant together. The doctors couldn’t find the IUD at all.
Should I go to emergency room or just call on Monday?
Call on Monday until you are bleeding or anything like that.

But it’s okay! It could be a false positive too!
You definitely need to get to your doctor to get the IUD out, those tests are very reliable.
