Beside the search icon, to the left, is the settings icon. Click and go to the bottom where there's an option in blue and underlined. That's the "change languages" option. Hopefully the English option will be obvious, despite the fact that your setting is at a different language. Hope this helps!

The 4th option in the settings list is to set it to posts specifically in your country. Try that option.

at least that's how it is on mine. I cant read Russian and maybe the order of things is different on the Russian setting? Another option might be to uninstall, then reinstall the app.
