It's very good if the avocados are perfectly ripe but not over ripe. :)
Okay, I was hoping a little over ripe would be okay. Lol
@scidg3 it probably will be fine, but if it is a little heavy on the avocado taste, try it again with ones that definitely aren't over ripe.

I hate when my avocados end up being like 85% pit. 😅 I was still able to make some really yummy avocado rolls with it though.
