Almost 30 weeks and still cant find a single name we like for this child. Not even one. Everything my man has said he likes he backs out of two days later. 🙄 He says the name isnt a huge deal but throws a fit when i say ill pick a name without him and tells me i cant just disregard his opinion on our childs name. The only name hes suggested was Wilhelm, which i vetoed because it does not make sense for our family. It might if he were German but hes Irish on one side and Scottish and Welsh on the other so the argument of heritage doesnt work. And besides, i cant stand the name regardless for our son. Its seriously becoming a huge cause of stress at this point. Ive had two of my kids at 37 weeks, and thats expected to be a trend with my pregnancies so we have to plan to be ready at 37 weeks for him to come. His middle name will be Anthony (Family name husbamd wants to honor) and his last name will be Moore, but we dont have a single name on a list for potential first names. I cant seem to fall in love with anything, and my husband wont say he likes anything. He just says no or "its okay 🤷♂️" to everything.
This was us with my last pregnancy. We ended up choosing a name a few days before I went into labor but still didnt have a middle name. We gave this baby my husbands name for his middle name because I couldn't stress over names anymore.
We just came up with a boy name that we both kinda like this past week. Other than that name, we have nothing and this baby will be here any day now. The same thing happened with my son. He was nameless for the first 24 hours of his life. We picked a name before we left the hospital and it fits him perfectly. Try not to stress - you WILL find a name! In the meantime, keep browsing name apps. Something will stand out sooner or later!
I say since he picked middle and last, you get to pick the first name! 😀
He threw a fit about that suggestion too lmao. Keeps saying i dont value his opinion if i do that. 🙃
@insecureemu Pick the name! I picked our 4th kid's name and I opened with.....I have the name if he is a boy and I'm in love with it so even if you don't like it I will be writing it on the birth certificate! I told him and he was like "idk" and I said oh well cause saying it out loud makes me love it even more. Lol he has the name I chose. Girl, you carried that baby, birthed that baby and care for that baby. Name him or her! Also, your other 2 kids have cute names so I don't think you could go wrong!
I'm loving the names Seamus and Keegan lately. You've probably already considered these but figured I'd toss them your way. Best of luck momma! I had this issue with my ex husband. Men 🙄🤦🏻♀️
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Share your son's names ?
So im due in 8ish weeks with a little boy but we cant find a name that we both love so please ladies comment your boys' names ! I need some inspiration ??
Tired of arguing with BD over baby names. Every time we discuss names he feels like he has the final say so in naming our son....he wants to name him Lion......I hate that name for obvious reasons (Come the hell on dude....LION....seriously?!?!?! 😤) I'm stuck between 2 names Jaydyn or Josiah. I want my son to have a name that he'll be proud to put on a resume or that he won't get denied a job over. But his father and I clash every time his name is brought up. I'm 4 weeks away from my due date an...
Am I wrong for telling my Bd that because we not Married my baby don't have to have his last name? He really got mad and told me I was project n ignorant. Crazy part is I was thinking about giving my baby his middle and last name
Anyone that like boys names for girls I wanna hear your feedback. My husband and I have a name picked out for our second daughter. If celebrities can do it then why can't we? In my opinion this name is better than James, Wyatt or Lincoln. I know I can't screen out the 'I hate that name, think of how much she will be bullied' comments but wish I could. We already have a Kamden and my husband really likes Kooper. For the longest time he wanted Kamden to be Jimi but we stayed with the K names since...
I’ve had a boy name picked out since I had my daughter—Anderson James.
We’re having another girl so it looks like I won’t be using it. Girl names on the other hand... Luckily we’ve got time!
