Airborne, sinus rinses, tons of h2o and Vicks at night.

I just took a steaming hot shower with a vicks shower melt and it helped so much

@llcoolkay, I was totally afraid of that too! But, no you use a special saline solution and it doesn’t hurt. I’ll link the kind that I use. It comes in a kit with the bottle and some packets of the saline mix. Just make sure you boil the water first to sterilize it. I use it like 3x a day when I’m having trouble. It’s at most pharmacies too

Raw ginger root with hot apple
Cider vinegar, squeeze of lemon juice and sugar.

@the.mother.goose., I love ginger root. I use it for many things. Yes it is strong if you are not use to it. I use about a teaspoon or a small wedge. The cider is powerful.
