That’s what I want to know. I live in Wisconsin and NO ONE calls it that. My sister and I just call it that nasty raw ground beef on bread.
@sourpatchkid, it is odd that they would call it that. It is beef. Maybe the idea of eating something “raw”.

My parents do this. This is why I have trust issues because they tricked me into eating that crap.

@icebergahead, my grandpa (opa) would eat pig... but like the whole face... he had his separate fridge upstairs by him and I was going to sneak his snacks until I saw a whole damn pigs face in there. Again this is why I have trust issues. 🤣
