I dont know why my oldest decides its the best time to need things, havr to go to the bathroom, or just generally make noise when im trying to get his brother to sleep, his brother is asleep, or its quiet/bed time

Its less other people outside my home and more like my oldest who is supposed to be being quiet too just chooses not to be. He wakes his brother up all the time

fiance just informed me that if I sign a warrant on his brother, his brother is likely to tell him dad something crazy that isn't true... ( his brothers dad has killed someone, stabbed his gf with an axe and beat people) now I'm a little scared. please someone give me advice, his brother threatened to kill me and my unborn child 4 times.
