Someone is ready for Christmas!! When she went to bed last night, no gifts were under the tree. She woke up to this and its been hell trying to keep her away !! Ahhh, i cant wait til Christmas morning !!
So this morning my fiancé and me went to my folks for Christmas. On our way there we had to stop at his ex fiancé house to drop off an ornament we found of hers when we were setting up our tree. I was upset because I really didn't want to see her especially on our first Christmas being engaged and our daughters first Christmas because she has been mean about me in the past. Now I come to find out that she has been asking him about our daughter and stuff like that. Do I have a right to be upset or no??
Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol

Ugh got bad news. My mom cousins mother passed away this morning she was such a fighter. Why she had to pass away before Christmas. 😭😭😭😭😢😢😢😢🙈🙈🙊🙊💔💔💔

We don’t put anything out until Christmas Eve night when they’re asleep. There’s no way my daughter would be able to stare at all those gifts and not open them. That’s literally torture! 😂

my mom always put the gifts under the tree as she got them and yes, it was torture!! I remember sneaking downstairs late at night and tearing little pieces of the wrapping paper to get a peek. 🤣🤣 she always let us open one of our small gifts on christmas eve night and we would leave milk and cookies on the table for santa. On Christmas morning, we would get to open the rest of the gifts together. However, we want a different tradition and are kind of learning as we go along... ways to make her Christmas more magical and believe in Santa and the magic of Christmas. Next year, we will have it together and a better plan ! I love hearing others family traditions for Christmas !

Lol my kids would have already got in them. I still have to wrap & I'm putting them under the tree after they go to sleep tonight 😁

Such a chore! I was up late wrapping gifts last night. She has been trying to get in them... I think next year I'll do different. Like you.

@angikay, if a toy is too big to wrap or comes unassembled, I just build it and slap a bow. Kids love to use stuff then and there. Easy peasy.

thanks for the tip ! That's what I'll do, thankfully it's already assembled but I'm like how the hell am I to wrap this big unicorn. I'll just slap a bow on it like you said and bring it out to her on Christmas Day, I'm sure once she sees this one, it's all she will want to play with the rest of the day. So I'll save it for last!
