Idk if you can see this very well, but I think it's just the COOLEST thing EVER! This is one of Kai's presents from Mom and Dad, it's a living, self sustaining, termite exhibit!! 🥰
You use a syringe to put water onto a tiny needle hole once a week to keep it damp for them, and that's it! Today is watering day, hubs just didn't mark it last time, and I can finally wrap it. 😍 We've had to keep em hidden cause we had to be able to still water them.
The wood slice is supposed to last 3ish years then you send it back to them. They take all the little guys out, clean everything up, give em some new wood, put em all back in and ship em back to ya!
It's DEF not a generic, I see this everyday, type of present and it's most certainly not going to be for everyone. Me and hubs think it's PRETTY cool though and I just KNOW Kai will!
