Starting in January/February my boyfriends job said the vaccine will begin to be available for essential workers in his work field. They told him everyone has to get it if they want to continue to work. Is this something they can require or is it up to the individual if they wanna be vaccinated or not?

Definitely depends on the company policy. My job is not requiring it and I am in the medical field. I will get it eventually but right now I’m iffy about it. However, in my case I’m currently working from home so it doesn’t matter much but when we go back to office I’m sure they’ll probably encourage it a lot more. What’s he do for work? If it’s a lot of people interaction I’d definitely consider the vaccine.
