@mswedes, I’ve had moments where Idk she has learned it, but she is soooooo so compassionate. She is so caring. It amazes me. The last few months have been rough and I haven’t been managing stress well. She is a constant reminder I must stay in control and help her be in control.
absolutely. I feel the same way. I blew up this morning a little bit and we just lake about it. I apologized and admitted that I shouldn’t have yelled and should’ve talked calmly. The open communication is so important
it is!! If we fail to communicate now, they will fail to communicate in the future. The first years of a child’s like are the most impressionable. How we teach them to respond and react will stay with them, until they ‘unf*ck’ themselves in therapy. And there’s no absolute positives they will heal in the future.

Wish someone did this with me while I’m having a moment. Lol even as an adult it would be helpful
