@nico49 I would ask the midwife for a referral to physio it might get through quicker than the doctor. My lower back absolutely killed me with my third , I slept with a pillow between my knees , I used the gym ball all the time just going around in a circular motion, warm baths helped but only while I was in it, laying flat on the floor lifting my hips helped a little bit. There really isn't anything that can take that pain away I'm afraid xx

@nico49 you could see a pregnancy chiropractors but that might be pricey xx
