I’ve seen you post a few lactation things. Have you tried legendairy milk supplements? I take the liquid gold and it’s definitely given me a big boost. I only take half the recommended amount

Yes I have posted many lactation but I did find out that if it has fenugreek it will help your milk supply but it also makes you and the baby gassy ! I do like the milky mama products! They work great but also trying different things to see what works for you

@queenoftwo, yup liquid gold is fenugreek free and I also had luck with their pumping princess supplements. Just wanted to throw it out there in case you hadn’t tried them yet
