So Waylon is normally a big eater. He fell asleep last night around 8. The only times he woke up was when I gave him his meds, changed him and attempted to feed him(he would eat through out the night). I woke him up at 7 this morning and he only ate like 2oz and kept pushing his bottle away. Since 7am he's only eaten like 3oz. Almost 4. Yesterday he didn't want to sleep at all, now all he wants to do today is sleep. Yesterday's post has more symptoms and all. But I'm getting more nervous. Does this just go along with his ear infection, cold and teething. Or should I push them to look into it more?

It goes with the ear infection. Swallowing makes the pressure in the ear change and it hurts. He should eat a lot better within 24 hours when the antibiotics kick in and the pressure isn't so bad in his inner ear. That's why he isn't sleeping also, the flat position hurts.

Just breaks my heart. He's currently sleeping propped up on his side. That's the only way he is comfortable. Or when he's laying against my chest

it's miserable. Ear infections just make them so miserable because it's such a small area to be all enflamed and swollen, and it effects their eating and sleeping. He should start to make a turn around after several doses. It's a stinky waiting game. :(

Give it 24 hours from the start of the antibiotic it goes with it all, his body is trying to fight it off and he will sleep a lot let him sleep but I do suggest keep trying to feed him every 2 hours even if it’s only a ounce or two it’s something.

@allyzmommyxlw, just give it 24 hours or no wet diapers for I think it’s 12 hours? I don’t remember

@madmummy. He's has 3 wet diapers since like 8pm yesterday

he has to go the fully time without one or they won’t do anything sadly
