Potty training a 3 year old is so hard! I’m about to break down.... When my son poop 💩 himself he will hide somewhere what does this mean ?

Just depends on the kid my girl was a breeze my second had to start whooping and the third he went on his own by 3

It’s normal ... my oldest 3 hid to poop, my 2nd did have problems where she would be afraid pooping would hurt so she would hold her poop in for a week or however long she could until it was very big and difficult and hurt really bad. She hid so she could squeeze her butt to hold it in lol but I guess the others just liked to do it in private. My youngest likes having poop in his diaper so he hides after he’s pooped so he doesn’t have to change 🤢. As long as he’s still pooping regularly I wouldn’t think anything of it. Mine were much younger though they were all potty trained by 2.5. Maybe talk to him ask him why he’s hiding, that’s what helped my daughter when she was finally able to talk to me about what was the issue after that she stopped holding her poop in.

Wow!!!! It’s like he will poop himself and then hide and when I try to talk to him about it he will cry .
