What could this be? Its all over his body but its looks worse in pics than what it really is.

It could be raceola (I think that’s how you spelled it lol) the get rash all over their body but it’s not an itching rash, they sometimes get fever. It goes away within 2 weeks.

I thought he had a fever but his temp is 99.1
He’s a little warmer than usual so maybe that caused it? His left eye is red and watery though, not sure why.
@ethanandkayleensmommy, heat rash is usually caused by external heat, like hot water or being dressed too warmly. If he gets hotter while sleeping then don’t dress him too warmly. My son always got so sweaty while sleeping
@2sweetie, i think he’s getting sick. Unfortunately my kids and i have a cold and he got it from us 😔 i was really hoping he wouldn’t.
