So I’m cleaning a closer and found these. I have never try them however I just checked the expiration date and it says Jan-2020. Yay or nay?

I wouldn't throw them out. They'll just be slightly less effective, if anything. They're likely absolutely fine.

It actually don’t say expire instead it say best if used” not sure if that makes a difference lol

@l.yesi best of used means they are still fine. Expired is different

I would not mess with any, they may make teeth sensitive.
