I feel like i need a big mental break. All my days seem colilided. my med school assignments are pilling up. The kids zoom classrooms are frustrating. They are marking everyone absent. Im up with my newborn 7x throughout the night and still get up early for class and to get the kids up for class 😭😭😭 like this is too much. We are in the house 24/7 (to keep my famiky safe) i just feel as like im going nuts in the inside. #SendHelp

Go on a nature walk. It's okay to venture outdoors for fresh air. I do it to clear our minds and keep our immune systems strong. You're doing your best and I'm sure you're doing better than you feel! It's better for you to be busy than to be bored and depressed.

At night is my only break. When i put the bigger kids down. My baby gets out. Some Days it feels like no way out. I get that moms don't get a break but we are human too😔

@hardknockmama for sure. Maybe you should set aside a few hours a week to do somthing for you. Even if its just going to the store alone or drinking a glass of wine. Whatever helps I was liek that for a long time too it hard
