How to Transition My 1-Year-Old to Cold Bottles and Her Crib?
Need parenting tips. So my daughter will be 1 on the 20th and she still wants her bottles warm how do I get her to take a bottle that’s not warmed because once she is 1 she will be drinking soy milk. Also for 10 months she was sleeping in her crib all throughout the night and now the last month since she got sick last month she absolutely refuses to sleep in her crib and will only sleep in my bed 😖 how do I go about getting her to sleep back in her crib? Her crib is currently in my room should I transition her into her own room now maybe. Any advise or tips I would appreciate 😍

My son woke up 2-4 times a night while he was still in my room. Once I moved him into my daughters room he sleeps all night

She sleeps good at night she just now won’t sleep in her crib if I try within 10 mins she’s up then I lay her in my bed and she’s out cold again. Since she was born she has slept in her crib then when she got Covid it just went down hill with her hating the crib 😣

hmmm. I would keep trying the crib. It’ll be rough but the more you give in the harder it’ll be

Warm the bottles less and less each time so that she gradually gets used to it

That’s what I’ve been doing but if I go under a certain temp she’s like nope hell no lol

my son is the same I would just keep warming it up 🤷🏻♀️ if she isn’t going to drink it “cold” I would keep the bed in your room for a month then move her into her own. Idk I let my kids do things at their own pace now 🙃

Can soy milk not be warmed up? And I’d just try to keep her on schedule bedtime and then just probably sit beside her if she needs you

@mommakaylax3, yes!

okay perfect! I might see if my son likes this one to since it has more calories and less sugar in it. It sucks but my daughter also has an allergy to dairy so we are limited

I understand that! I hope it goes well!
