Thanksgiving has totally drained me. All our feasts at work went out on wednesday so i worked a double. Went home and cleaned house till almost 11. Got up at 4 thanksgiving day and worked all morning got home and cooked till almost 7. Fed everyone and ate had to bath the kids and get them to bed. By the time that was done and leftovers were put away it was late. Got up at 4 again this morning for work went and got the kids and came straight home to clean up everything from yesterdays meal. Still cleaning but almost at the finish line. Im wooped.

I did talk to both her and the GM. She apologized and said that the reason she took me off was because the girls that were running the dining room were screwing things up for the waitresses. She put me out there cuz i know what im doing and she needed someone to manage out there cuz she couldnt do it. She gave me a drawer on thanksgiving day. I made okay money. Not as much as i would have the day before but it was something. And she told me it wont happen again and I'll have a drawer for the christmas feasts. I asked my GM how he felt about giving me a raise and he said absolutely. Corporate will only approve up to a dollar at a time and he normally only does 50 cents but hes putting me in for the full dollar. He told me to ask for an evaluation 90 days after this one goes through and as long as my bakery sales stay were they are hell approve me for another dollar. Im still kinda salty about what happened but they are doing what they can to make it better.
