Eunice the Christmas Opossum takes her rightful place at the top of the tree! This is her 8th Christmas as our tree topper (we never bought a star or an angel our first year married in 2013 so as a place holder we jokingly put a stuffed possum on top and has become a tradition since) Our poor kids are gonna grow up thinking it's normal to have a possum tree topper 😂
So this morning my fiancé and me went to my folks for Christmas. On our way there we had to stop at his ex fiancé house to drop off an ornament we found of hers when we were setting up our tree. I was upset because I really didn't want to see her especially on our first Christmas being engaged and our daughters first Christmas because she has been mean about me in the past. Now I come to find out that she has been asking him about our daughter and stuff like that. Do I have a right to be upset or no??

I wish.... There was a place all of us could bring our May babies to play with each other, so our babies could have some great friends, like we all have in this group :)))

I need some opinions ladies. So we told our daughter that we weren’t getting a Christmas tree this year because ever since my MIL moved in we don’t go in the living room we literally stay in our rooms the whole time we are home. We just didn’t want her to get super excited about it and not actually get to enjoy it. Well last Sunday she told my daughter that she wants to buy her a tree and for her all excited after she knew we weren’t getting one. She got the tree and told my daughter that she gets to decorate it. But instead she had her friend come up and decorate it while we were gone. My daughters heart is soo broken. I feel so bad. How should I approach it? Should I just let it go?

Like give her a back story as to why Eunice became a Christmas possum and why she sits on top of the tree. I think it would be fun to read to the kids every christmas the story of Eunice 😂
