Who have 15 month old babies? Do you give your little one a pacifier?

I was literally laughed at because my daughter has a pacifier. Thats the most weirdest thing. Not to mention what grown woman LAUGHS at another. Like really laughs because of ones choice. Lol my youngest daughter is completely obsessed with it.

It’s not something to laugh at, but after one they really shouldn’t have them.
It took us until he was 1.5 to break my kiddo of it though! 😫

It soothes her so much lol. My otlder kids never had them really so I don't know when to get her off of it but I didn't think before 2 was ridiculous

Dd did not care for paci after 7 months of age. It was a relief since I did not want to struggle with weaning off of them when she turned 1.

My baby is too. It's so cute. She sees it she reaches for it

yeah don’t be hard on yourself eventually you’ll have to stop it, but if she isn’t ready yet don’t push it

We stopped pacifiers once the first teeth broke. I didn't want to chance an addiction and her teeth getting messed up lol

My 17 month old still has his. He’ll get to keep it until teething is done, just like my oldest.

Neither of my kids took pacifiers but I think at 15 months they’re still babies and it’s not a rush to wean them. I’d say by age 2 they should get rid of them, at least during the day. I can’t stand when I see 3 year olds playing with pacifiers in their mouths and they try to talk but it’s in the way and you can’t understand them. Like really what’s the point? Pacifiers are sleep aids for newborns, they shouldn’t be in children’s mouths while playing and talking.

Age 2 is what I was thinking too. My oldest 2 didn't have pacifiers. Didn't care for them so it's a learning process for me

you could do it gradually if you’d like, just like with bottles or nursing. Only allow it for naps and bedtime and then eventually just bedtime.
