I’m starting some prep tonight. Just basic stuff like laying out everything I’ll need to cook, making any sauces I’m going to use, and double checking I have everything. I’ll start to cook tomorrow morning or afternoon. You can definitely make the sweet potato pie tonight if you want.

My turkeys have been defrosting in the fridge since last wednesday. Lol I'm going hard today.

My turkey has been defrosting and today I will take my chickens out to defrost and I’ll season them tomorrow to be ready for Thursday and I might do a side or two tomorrow
