Its kind of unpleasant, at least to me it is. The rind is a little harder than the cheese.

Be sure to take the rind off the sides and the top. I like mine wrapped in puff pastry with like cranberry or brown sugar and pecans.

@scidg3, @love_linds, @ekko, I made it last week for the first time! Sooo good!
So follow this recipe first ссылка but skip the cream cheese part!
Then, bake a wheel Brie in a puff pastry.
Once’s it’s out of the oven, let it sit for about 3-5mins, then top with that cranberry stuff! It was AMAZING. I’m going to make it again for thanksgiving.
