Need some help just had my 1 year olds heart doctor call me and his iron is dangerous low and will need to eat spinach red peppers and red meat but his so fussy with food anyone know any ideas that I could to get him to eat them 🤔

His not a big fan of pasta but will defo try anything I can to get him to eat it x
There are also alot more iron rich foods he can have so Google to see if there are any more that he actually enjoys xx
Make smoothie ice lollies you can add the spinach to the fruit blend it up and freeze.
Blend the peppers and spinach and pack it in your lasagne,pasta dishes with mince.
Let him put his own pizza toppings on, peppers being a choice with shredded beef or something like that.
Let him pick what he wants out of bowls. Make or buy dips like humus and those pack of four dips, let him dip peppers into it if it has a different taste with it he might enjoy them more xx
Maybe blend the food...and use their favourite toy, book or show to feed xx
Yeah might try that and he normals feeds himself but he won't eat things I give him so hard x

Mommas I need advice. Kynton gets a super bad rash when he poops. From one poop and maybe 45 seconds of him being in that diaper turns his butt bright red and blisters. We only use Huggies and Pampers diapers. Could it be disposables that do this? The gel stuff mixing with his poop that creates the rash?? And should I try a few cloths to see if it helps? Or what do I do. He poops at least 2 times if not sometimes more a day. And it puts him in agonising pain. His Drs said don't worry but his Boo...
Ladies I need help my 10 week old got this rash on his face it started yesterday. It was very red it looked like it was uncomfortable and now his face is very dry and bumpy but not as red what can I use or what do you recommend any special products that are gentle on his face but also work 😔

Friday I took my son to the doctor , because he wasn’t eating or drinking anything , and when he would he would cry his ass off because it would hurt his mouth or throat. Doctor said he had a red throat. Which made him be like fussy & not want him to drink or eat anything ? So prescribed my son an antibiotic but I see blisters in his mouth and hands . And he still really fussy and never drinks or eats anything . ( has a really hard time )
Does he eat pasta? Cook it into the sauce with that, that's how I normally get my son to eat what he needs 😊 xx
