My 1 and a half year old hasn’t eaten a thing all day! He’s drunk a bit but not as much as normal! I think he has some teeth coming through but that doesn’t normally stop him from eating! He’s had two runny poos today as well...

any advice? He’s never been ill before so I’m worrying 🤯
