I am a counselor specializing in working with tweens/teens who have body image issues, self-harm, depression, low self esteem etc. and work to provide coping skills . I have specialized training in substance and drug use and a background in developmental psychology.

I had my little guy, Jacob, on 11/2/15 and he is the light of my life. I am currently staying at home with him and not returning to work, possibly starting my own private practice. I EBF and it's the best decision I have ever made.

Breastfeeding mamas: the best advice I can give is not to introduce a pacifier until after your milk comes in... Everytime baby cries latch baby on... Breastfeeding hurts but it's only temporary! I highly recommend using the honest companies nipple balm, it was a godsend!
