It’s the second day of going back inside the schools. I told my middle daughter not to hug kiss nothing. Her teacher wrote a note saying she was out her seat a lot. I need a punishment suitable for a 5 year old.

I personally don’t feel that punishment is suitable for the offense. 5 is very young. It’s developmentally normal to fidget and get out of seats at that age. I’d sit her down and talk to her and help her understand why she can’t move around the way she’d like to. Give her other options to get her wiggles out.
I agree!!! Punishment is for intentional offenses, this is a teachable moment and like op said only three second day of school. I feel so bad for all of these little kids!!!
I agree my daughter is 11 and I didnt send her back to school cause I knew it was going to be hard for her I think just explaining why it’s so important to listen to her teacher

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So ladies I don't know if you remember on here there was a girl who lost her little boy called archer who died from SIDS?? I just found her on Instagram to discover it wasn't her child it was in fact her nephew?????? I've looked for her on here but she seems to delete her page I don't know if it's because anyone else found out she was lying but I'm literally GOBSMACKED as she wrote a blog and everything about it? Please tell me I wasn't the only deceived by this??
5 is hard for them to sit in the same area all day at school and all these rules with covid in the schools. This way the main reason we kept our son home this year. He has more freedom and I dontbhave to stress with him getting to close to other kids.
