Is extra strength tums 750mg safe during pregnancy or can it only be regular strength??

I take two extra strength tylenol for my migraines. My midwife said it was fine but to do every 6 hours if needed not 4.

And the extra strength tylenol is 500 mg, and I'm taking 1000 at a time.

Extra strength tylenol is safe... Idk about anything else though

Pepcid is safe. If tums don't help. I'm taking them for my reflux

@raisinglittlegamers, thank you I wasn’t sure if there was anything that would help with acid reflux but the heartburn and acid reflux is getting the best of me
