Help me decide..
So I found 2 places to rent.. we have 3 cars and we are a family of 4.
First one is $1525 for 2 bedroom, car garage, fenced backyard washer and dryer included.. 875sq
Second is 2 bedroom no garage and has a drive way that could possibly fit all 3 cars. $1400 no washer or dryer and is 750sq and close to my sons school.. also has back yard.
Sounds like the second one has the advantage of location which is great but only if your buying. The first one would be my pick because is bigger and has the washer and dryer - I couldn’t live without those.
Have you considered buying? I mean at 1500 a month, how much more could a mortgage payment be?
I just started working and husband has itn not ssn so we can’t afford a house just yet
A. Just the washer/dryer access ALONE will be worth the extra money. TRUST me when you're haulin baskets full of crap back and forth to the laundromat, you'd be willing to pay any price difference to have it in your house.
Pick A can never go wrong with a washer and dryer and fenced yard and a garage thats with it for me
That’s a shit tone for no bedrooms so I’d say neither lol we pay 1700 for 4 bed 3 bath in Florida
Find another option, lol, I'm joking. But these are tiny spaces. I think you're getting more bang for your buck with apt a. If it's coming down to finances... wait, is the use of the washer/dryer included in the rent, meaning, you don't have to pay extra money to use them? And you'd have full use of the garage and all your cars would fit in the garage/driveway?
If all you've presented are the only things to be considered, I'd go with apt a. Besides, y'all got 3 cars, you can put them to use and drive your son to school (again, I'm joking, lol)
They are located in a very expensive area lol that’s why the rent is so high
@mommy2.10 lol, I peeped you in WA, it's just expensive there, smh

We may be buying our first home!! It's an older home but it's a great deal. The inside has been completely remodeled, new floors, new central air/heat, new counters etc. The owner took our offer, now just waiting on the application to go through. It's 2400 sq. Feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & has a (mountain view (small mountain but it's still awesome) & by a national forest. The back yard is huge & will be so nice for the kids & my snoopy doo (dog). It will be so nice to actually be paying towards o...
Okay so my husband is helping out one of his friends and his friends girlfriend by letting them stay in our garage (the thing is huge but it’s also heated and has our old loveseat in there and a bunch of other stuff from the old house. Anyway I’m getting super annoyed because they have been here since the 23rd and they say they are trying to find a place but half the time they are playing video games or on the computer. Well we have security cameras in every room of the house including the garag...
Wow those are tiny! Definitely the first one if you have to choose between the two.
