TMI but I’ve started bleeding and I’m petrified that I’m miscarrying again can anyone tell me if this is implantation…

I had the same as @ezchaz with both of my girls. I bled a little around 6-7 weeks with them. My first never got picked up until my 12 week scan and by the 20 week scan it was reabsorbed by my body. With my second I had slight bleeding and cramps and I had a scan at 7 weeks and again at 9 ish weeks then 12 week scan to keep an eye on it as it was bigger than the first. That also went by my 20 week scan. I can understand how worried you must be but it can be normal for alot of women without any problems. I would ring the gp tomorrow and explain your situation and see if they will send you for a scan because of your previous miscarriages. Surely they should monitor you more closely early on? xx

I had a subchorionic haematoma in two of my pregnancies which caused bleeding in the early weeks.

Some women do have spotting which can be normal.

Keep monitoring it, if it becomes heavy and painful it's best to contact your early pregnancy unit or doctor for advice x
