It’s a gimmick. They want to get you in the door. You would then be entered to win the free car or whatever which had a 1:1,000,000 chance of winning

the thing is the prizes listed to the right are “prize examples” not what you actually would win for matching 3 cars. Maybe you would get a plastic promo cup or something but they would’ve gotten you in to discuss a new car. Technically there is a winner out there somewhere and most likely verified by matching numbers on the winning card to a set of numbers at the dealer because it would be illegal otherwise but it could be someone 6 states away who would never check. Unfortunately your 3 matching cars do not indicate that you would’ve won 10k. They are very deceptive

I always win these too. Hubby use to work at a dealership though & he said it's definitely a gimmick to get you in to try to get you to buy a new car. It would be nice though!
