I'm tired of being tired. Im tired of not having the energy to clean my apartment or play with my kids. Im tired of not having a period and not be able to try for another baby any time I feel like it. Im working on the eating right. Anyone have any other tips on how to feel better and loose weight and regulate periods without doing anything extreme.

I'm literally in the same boat as you, feel the EXACT same. I haven't had a period in almost 2 years. It just stopped. 🤷‍♀️ I've been to the doc MANY times, had MANY things tested and NO ONE can give me an answer! I can sleep for 12 hours and STILL be tired, my body feels heavy, I just have no motivation. They just wanna put me on antidepressants or antianxiety meds and they have all just made every symptom worse. I'm at a total loss too girl. You're SO not alone!

I've been doing a lot of reading on pcos. A lot of doctors can just look past it because it's a conglomerate of symptoms that don't always line up. A lot of symptoms are due to food sensitivities, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and activity level. No two peoples pcos looks the same

@spud, Do you have appetite issues? I NEVER get the hungar feeling. I have to like think what and when I ate last then make myself eat SOMETHING. NOTHING ever sounds good to me either. It's so frustrating.

@leonardsquared sometimes its that and more often for me its uncontrollable binge eating
