my mom had the baby! this is all i know as of yet: baby tested positive for opioids via meconium testing, baby is in the nicu receiving special care, necessary reporting is underway. my emergency petition for custody will be filed monday. please keep the baby in your thoughts or prayers, i do not know what kind of condition they are in.
