Yes we do my dh and three kids got theirs last week and I’ll be getting mine this weekend
So I always gotten them because I used to work in a pharmacy and they required us to and now it just stuck with me, I got a cold this year but my LO didn’t
We never have and we never will. It only protects against certain strains, not all of them, and everyone I know who’s gotten the flu shot got the flu that year. I haven’t had the flu in probably 10 years.
Yes, my kids and I all got a flu shot a few weeks ago. We always have every year.
Absolutely. We do every year & this year it’s especially important. Anyone who has had the actual flu knows how serious it can be.
I don't get it because everytime I have I get sick, like can't move sick, for about 3 days after and Greyson had the same reaction so we don't get them.
I have contemplated it this year but don't think we will be.

@denise1493, ah I see. We don’t normally but if they get back in school dh and I were talking about getting it for the kids. I have a feeling these kids will be doing stupid pranks like sneezing and coughing.. Dumb asses don’t realize they can be carrying something and not show symptoms 🙄

Have any of the schools in your areas asked for them in order for your child to be able to attend school (after remote learning has ended)?
It seems like it is required now, not sure if it is the same everywhere.
@icebergahead, makes sense. We haven’t gotten any new info yet. It’s being discussed to do in person classes again at the next board meeting though.

@icebergahead, I’m good with mine at home. I’m sure they miss the interaction with friends but their doing ok for now.
I got the flu shot last year to see if it worked & it did. My two kids got really sick last year and I only had a sore throat for a day and it went away. But my husband doesn’t wants our kids to get it this year. I on the other got it two days ago.
If there is any year to get the shot, this is it! IMO
Nope, I’m severely allergic to eggs and refuse that non egg one that’s stronger so I don’t force it on anyone in my house. I do enforce cleanliness protocols and alternative health maintenance instead. We see our chiropractor and acupuncturist and get ourselves tuned up and keep it moving.
