For a little over 3 years I’ve been working so hard on myself. Not just the physical part which is what the photos show. I’ve been working to build self love and be proud of what I’ve accomplished. I started this at 6 months post delivery with Scarlett she was my 4th and last baby. I hated looking in the mirror and I hate how I felt about myself. So my friend and I signed up for beachbody and started this process together each doing different programs but still keeping each other on track. 2 years ago I decided to become a coach so I could help others not feel how I felt but it also kept me going. To this day the ladies I coach motivate me to work harder and I hope I do the same for them. I know a lot of people would have lost this weight in the time I’ve been doing this but my body just doesn’t do that. I have hormone issues, and so much more that make it difficult but I still sweat at least an hour a day and I eat healthy. My blood work thankfully shows that. Don’t let someone else’s journey dictate your own. I never compare myself to anyone except myself. That keeps me sane but also dedicated.

Keep it up! The road ahead is always long and we must continue to work hard but it's the "look backs" like this that remind us how far we have traveled and by which we may measure our success..
