For his birthday he asked for a SpongeBob house and played with it two times

My son loves legos....coloring...super mario sets and action figures and godzilla toys those are his favorites right now and the old imaginex sets from 20 years ago not the ones they have now. But yes he loves his tablet and switch.

My son has a million toys but doesn't play with them, literally every room in the house except the two older kids room has some sort of toys even my garage and he won't play with them he doesn't want to play alone and won't learn to play one nor will he leave my side to play alone. He will only have anything to do with them if we play with him
@beezmommy, my one the same. But she likes her toy stroller, and roll a train and a car by the rope(I hope I wrote right). Maybe your baby will like it
@jonaaa, mine has a train and a track, but she gets bored quick. She also has a pink Land Rover that she can drive, but she’s not 100% how to steer it yet so she wants me to get in it with her! She has a bounce house that she wants me to get in with her too. This kid doesn’t want to play alone 🤦🏽♀️

My 2 year olds barely play with toys. They have MANY toys to choose from, i rotate with different toys, they have 2 kitchen sets, one they will play with occasionally, theyre not easily entertained with tablets/tvs though either. They mostly just find the most random non-toy items to play with or run around screaming.
My 2 year old gets like this from time to time that’s when i take away the iPad and we do something normally it work it just takes her a little while

@mamaof2soon do it! If you don’t, he’ll end up like my daughter’s father. Once he’s off of work, he’s glued to his phone (well even during work) but also glued to his laptop. He isn’t functional around us unless he’s scrolling or texting and can’t watch her unless he’s FaceTiming someone. It’s not only bad for him, but the people he’s surrounded by as well 😞 everyone noticed and asks about it. Don’t let the kiddo get sucked in, if you can help it

Outrageous!
A 5 year old was detained and questioned at his school for taking a toy gun to show his friend. He was so scared he wet his pants and his parents weren't notified until 2 hours into the questioning. He was suspended for 10 days, but it was reduced to the 3 days he had already served after the parents and others complained. The school stated that the situation was handled appropriately and would be handled in a similar manner in the future.

My opinion is hell no. 16 year old is still a kid. Kids now a days want to be grown so bad and be in adult relationships and situations. I know when my daughters are 16 and they tell me they are dating an 18 year old. I will surely flip my lid.
