Started my daughter on the fiber supplement to help her with constipation but for some reason it has made her stool large & hard🤦🏾♀️ should I stop the supplement & go back to the pedialax?
So I called eliana's doctor yesterday because she's been refusing her formula for some time now and she called back this morning and told me to give her ripple milk and give a vitamin d supplement... My question is where do I get a vitamin d supplement for a baby? I didn't even think to ask her while i was on the phone 😩
When I took my daughter to the doctor's they recommended that I gave her an iron supplement because twice the reading when they tested her blood was a little low my mom is totally against it and is overly controlling that I shouldn't give her the supplement because according to her it tastes nasty.... smh I don't care that it tastes nasty and want what is best for my daughter what should I do?? I'm going to definitely start giving her more leafy green foods but this 🤦 ♀
If im breastfeeding and supplementing, can wic also provide formula?
Breastfeeding mommies what’s your take on supplementing breastfeeding for formula at night? I feel like I’m constantly feeding my LO or I’m not pumping enough for her so it seems like it’s bottle after bottle any advise on what to do to help her get more breast milk before I start supplementing?

Start out slow with fiber, just half the recommend dose and make sure she drinks liquids with it.
