Random thoughts I have this morning.

I was just thinking about how if you are in a relationship with a toxic person, it can feel like a century even if you are only with them for a few months. When you are with someone for years and have a pretty decent relationship with them, those years will go by so fast, it will feel like not that much time has passed but it does.

I have been with my bf so far for 3 years but it feels like if we were in a relationship for a year. We had such a blast with each other through out these years that it went flying by like nothing. When I was with an ex bf before I met him, that relationship was about 5 months but it felt like it dragged on for a year. It was nothing but stressful, lots of arguments and nonsense. It’s weird when I look at it like that but it’s true. When you enjoy being with someone, the time flys by so fast.
