Mom guilt is hard.
I’m sick, pushed through all day taking care of the kids. Rob got home from work and told me to go lay down and I totally broke down crying because I felt so bad and guilty laying down while he took care of the kids.

Never feel bad about that hun, I know its hard not to But if you are unwell except the help always. As moms we also need a break from our kids took me sometime to realize that its okay to ask for help and accept it.
Always remember you are number one, take care of you first; because if you are not okay then how can you be okay to take care of anyone else.
