I have a question and would like your opinions

Well we al know that due to this pandemic is it’s not easy to get a doctor appointment or speak to your doctor ASAP

So here’s my question

So for the pass few days both my hands have been going numb

Last night my right hand and arm were extremely numb to the point my chest was hurting and felt like it was gonna explode

It’s 3:49pm and it’s still numb

Should I be worried or should I just let it pass on it’s own
