I had it with my first pregnancy and my blood pressure was through the roof. I didn’t have any of the symptoms you’re describing except vision problems. My head wasn’t even hurting. I had severe swelling, high blood pressure, dizziness, and protein in my urine by the time I made it to the hospital. High blood pressure was the main thing that let them know it was preeclampsia. It didn’t happen until I was 37 weeks so they went ahead and delivered my baby.

My ribs were hurting really bad they had to induce me at 37 weeks couldn’t go over or I would have died

I was diagnosed with it my last pregnancy and it was real serve and they had keep giving me sulfate and I was hositpalized
